Technologization of the Production Process – Quality and Productivity
The main objective of MS INTERPROIECT is to streamline the production process while maintaining the highest quality standards. This objective is grounded in technologization, particularly within the most critical phase of heavy metal structure manufacturing, namely welding operations.
The submerged arc welding machine, with a height of 3,500 mm and a length of 12,000 mm, is the key piece of equipment in our facilities, delivering smooth and durable welds in record time and creating multiple advantages:
- A significantly higher deposition rate, resulting in reduced welding times and consequently an exponential increase in labor productivity and production cost efficiency;
- Achievement of high-quality welds in accordance with current standards, regardless of type, without the need for additional interventions;
- Elimination of the human factor and, implicitly, of potential errors in the manufacturing process caused by it;
- Guaranteed adaptability regardless of the geometric shape, size, or weight of the workpiece.
